5. Payment and Refund Policy

5.1 Payment Terms

Payment is required in advance for all services. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Refund Policy

• Personal Consultations: Refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled session
• Group Sessions: Refundable up to 24 hours before the session start time
• Retreats: Deposits are non-refundable. Other payments may be refundable according to the specific retreat terms provided at booking
• Courses: Refundable within 7 days of purchase if no content has been accessed

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer:

• A full refund of the payment made
• The option to reschedule to an alternative date
• Credit toward future services

7. Health and Safety

7.1 Medical Disclaimer

Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any yoga, meditation, or wellness program.

7.2 Assumption of Risk

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge that physical activities carry inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during participation.

Participants are expected to:

• Treat instructors and other participants with respect
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Refrain from disruptive behavior
• Respect the spiritual and cultural practices shared

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and audio clips, is the property of AVICENNA Community or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
